Pros

Great founder with incredible vision for the future. Good pay, flexible hours, good morale, excellent training opportunites, great benefits, paid vacation, friendly work enviroment, stays on the forefront of technical field.

Cons

Effect bad economy has at current time on the industry.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to value individual skills, show and reward efforts, be open to communication from peers and reporting personel.
