    teamwork is awesome and salary is good. big company is hard to get good ideas through but I enjoyed it

    It is a big company. You have to go through a lot of red tape to have management approve of ideas. always expanding

    FedEx is very safe company. It takes care about employees and give them a lot of apportunities for self-development, additonal education, benefits...

    During all my way with FedEx I didn't recognize any weakness of this company. If employee realy wants to grow, he will.
