Pros

FedEx is a solid company with a great reputation. There is/was a wealth of talented individuals from whom you can learn. As with any large company, some people are extremely easy to get along with and some aren't. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Afraid the People-Service-Profit philosophy is being replaced by Profit-Service-Profit.

Advice to Senior Management

Get back to your roots.
