Pros

Full time benefits. Included health, university, and random partnered company discounts.

Cons

Heavy lifting.
Little vacation time initially.
Peal seasons can be a lot of work. I.e. Christmas time.

    Pros

    - Flexible hours
    - Above average hourly pay
    - Yearly raises
    - Fast paced, work can double as a workout
    - 3 day weekends
    - Seniority is valuable for promotion

    Cons

    - Cannot support self or family with this income alone
    - Difficult to get a full time job or salaried position
    - Hard to work more than 17 hours, must come in extra day just to get 17
