    Pros

Very strong culture of putting employees first so they take good care of the customers after which profits follow so they can afford to pay for high quality employees. IT uses the latest technologies and has strong vendor relationships for good support. Senior management is very supportive of IT because they understand the company runs on IT.

    Cons

Most opportunities in IT are in Memphis, TN - especially if you want to advance in management. Dallas, Orlando, and Colorado Springs offer good opportunities for first line managers.
