Innovation mentality seems to be lacking
Advancement very tough - no one leaves and it seems that it is hard to crack the management bubble unless you are connected.
Advice to Senior Management
Innovate and lead in technology. Create a better method to advance ideas and smart people within the company that seem to not be heard.
