    Pros

Most people have a great attitude and really want to work to make this company great.

    Cons

The company keeps changing philosophies and just when you get used to following one way of doing things, it all changes. A lot of people get promoted without deserving it and those who do deserve it get passed over. Managers are not qualified for their positions, going through mentoring and training after they have the position and in the meantime they have messed things up and blame their direct reports for their mistakes.

    Advice to Management

Management applicants need to go through a more rigorous training before getting the management position. The direct reports should be able to determine whether they stay in that position.
