    Pros

    Flexible work schedules available with opportunity to work at home. Initial training provided is multi-faceted. Retirement savings options include pension combined with savings plan option.

    Cons

    Lack of opportunity for advancement if you recently joined the govenment. Lack of funding results in lack of resources and tools to work efficiently.
