    Pros

Get to work with the law makers of our country. Access to a lot of interesting information. Will know about bills and laws before your friends do.

    Cons

Stressful work environment. Can be long hours. The public can and will call and yell at you. D.C. is fun but can stress you out as much as work. Pay sucks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dont treat your lower staff like chattel

    Pros

    Good perks, fairly friendly co-workers.

    Cons

Difficult to advance or move around in system. Management is by-the-books and too inflexible for my taste.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Greater flexibility.
