ProsStable, predictable. I and many of my coworkers strive hard to do a good job with limited resources and competing demands. nice to work on national issues and feel as ifnyou could make andifference

ConsBureaucratic, frequently mired in politics. difficult to get things done. Very toxic environment right now. congress makes us dysfunctional by cutting our resources.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop reorganizing and listen to front line staff more.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
