Cons

not much interactive with real biz, everyday work is deal with data and stay by the table. people are not interactive with others, everyone seems just finish his own jobs

Advice to Management

need more time on real people's needs, know how to improve people's skills and incentive people's actions. Research is kind of boring job, need incentive

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The Fed offered solid benefits and a safe secure place to work.

    Cons

Little supervision of upper management such as VP’s. Very top heavy with everyone wanting their own personal support staff. Seems management is more focused on racing to the top instead of overseeing their departments and their own responsibilities. With this structure, many questionable actions are missed.

    Advice to Management

Leadership needs to do just that, LEAD! Pull your heads out of the clouds and come back down to earth. Stop trying to find the fast track to the top and take care of the tasks at hand. Work with your team to meet set goals. The focus needs to be shifted back to current responsibilities and not their professional advancement.
