I have been working at Fedex Express
Pros – upward mobility, very organized and smart business leaders
Cons – pay raises are pathetic drivers in courier class make the same as a three year vet
Advice to Senior Management – thinking that hourly employees should be thankful to have a job is degrading
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
