Former Employee – worked at Fedex Express full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Great company to work for overall..excellent benefits and there are opportunitys for advancement in other provinces.

Cons – poor management team in Nova Scotia..lack skills to operate fairly. lack of experience on management team.very demanding of your time.hard to balance work/life...

Advice to Senior Management – Should complete better background checks on people before hiring them..Upper management needs to hire people with more experience to have a successfully run station..and not just someone who has management experience but in the same field as they are being hired for.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
