“FedEx is a good company to work for, no micromanaging while on the road.”
Current Employee – been working at Fedex Express part-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Opportunity to relocate
When goals are met as a station, upper management will host cookouts.
As long as you are doing what is expected, management will not even bother you. (there are days I don't even see my manager)
Cons – Always cutting hours to make budget
Takes a while to become full-time
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
