-Compensation is lower than market rate. -Few opportunities for career advancement unless there is a new vacancy in the department.

Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the organizational structure of the corporate office and look to areas for growth and improvement. Invest more in employees.

    working is a big company sometimes has some negative aspect. Is more difficult to grown and to update your professional profile. You need to be in the right place and in the right moment!

    Pros

    High level management is leading the company to a bigger success. They have staff sale in the summer months.

    Cons

    HR in general is very slow in responding to enquiries from interviewees or gave no response at all. They also lack proper follow up of maximizing existing resources that are already in the company.

    Advice to Management

    Build a more sustainable way to recruit, train, and keep the employees.
