    Pros

Stable company making billions of dollars annually.

    Cons

Salaries are below national average. Only the good ol' boy execs make any money and they're not letting any women or minorities into their circle.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Switch to PTO. Improve work-life balance.

I worked at Ferguson Enterprises full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    -OK compensation
-Good tools to do your job
    -Culture of community
-Fantastic work ethic and customer-centered values (it may be like customer service bootcamp) that are shown in action not only words.

    Cons

    -Can be cliquey
    -Long hours expected
-Branch structure makes each "business unit" different - may be a surprise to those recruited out of college that where they end up is nothing like what they were described or shown.
-HQ involvement sometimes made job activities more time consuming than they needed to be.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep focusing on sales, customers, and people recognition. Promote wisely, and continually ensure the right people are in that broad band of middle management.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
