Encouragement to develop new ideas. Great co-workers, good benefits. Good resume builder - Cross training provided regularly.

Cons

Not a lot of value given to employee loyalty. Pay can change arbitrarily.

Better communication; i.e. Share company goals with employees.

    Pros

    Ability to create and manifest your own ideas - truly turn an idea into a reality. Pays well if you work hard and speak up.

    Cons

    Management is terrible, senior management is even worse. The company is corrupt because of the senior's in the corporate office and Ellington. They get in the way of their own success and trump ego over profit, ethics and morals. It's a "good ole boys AND girls" club at it's finest.

    Follow the company's current policies and motto.

    Pros

    Anyone gets hired (preferably, friends/relatives/lovers of those in mid-to-high positions)
    Spouses, relatives & friends tend to work together
    Resumes (skills/experience) not needed

    Cons

    Lack of training & support makes it difficult to find anyone with product knowledge
    No one knows how anything works, so everyone makes up how they think it works
    Customer service is non-existent & no one answers phone calls or emails from customers
    Employees are replaced often ( revolving-door style) unless related to someone in higher position
