Pros

FiberLight is a dynamic, entrepreneurial company that gets it. They break down walls and allow people to get the job done with the customer in mind. Great growth and responsibily pushed out.

Cons

Small company with less than 100 employees without an unlimited budget, like most companies.

    Niche network fiber infrastructure company with a good network.

    Cons

    At the time I worked there in 2010 -11, very limited optical fiber network presence in Wash. DC / Baltimore areas.

    Pros

    Some really great co-workers (but they'll change constantly), most customers don't have issues with service once it's installed. Fantastic sales support from legal, the few long-term sales folks will help when asked. Marketing crew are responsive and work hard to help.

    Cons

    Terrible sales process, new management being added mostly from one company which has made poor corporate culture into untenable corporate culture. This company is completely operationally focused, new sales management is non-technical and has no idea how to push to a sales focused company. Input is consistently asked for yet immediately ignored. The staff turns over at an alarming rate, the company claims it's just "the way telecom sales" goes (I've never seen anything as bad as this). HR functions to hire and restructure benefits, does nothing to improve management or work environment. This place is a mess, they are a Verizon Wireless contractor trying to be a network provider with very limited success. Run, don't walk away from this one. If you insist on going through the interview process, please make sure to ask about the overall team success and be specific when asking how many people make their quota.

    Advice to Management

    Sell the asset and move on. Unless you are going to listed to your employees and embrace massive changes.
