    I have been working at Fiberlink full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    -Work on latest, cutting edge technologies
    -Hard working engineers and staff
    -free food.

    Cons

    -no cab service.
    -very high work pressure.
    -no stock options to employees.
    -if you are older than 25-27, you need not apply.
    -hardwork will not be recognized fairly.
    -lot of politics behind doors
    -no career growth. if you join as engineer, you will be an engineer even after 10 years.
    -if you want a hike you should get a better offer letter from another company and show to your manager.(based on true stories)
    -No training or certification programs for anyone.
    -No one gets 100% variable pay.
