I have been working at Fiberlink full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

I've been working here for the past 5 years, and Fiberlink provides:
1. Great work environment/culture
2. Great commission structure
3. several resources to assist with your day to day prospects
4. an award winning, always evolving solution that ANY organization should be looking for security/management of smartphones and tablets.
5. Pizza Fridays!

Cons

Not that this is a con...but since there are major releases to the platform once every 3-4 weeks, it can take up to 6 months for a new hire to fully understand the product and sales process. As long as you are willing to work hard to understand this process, there is NO reason why you cant succeed here.

I worked at Fiberlink full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

no time off policy, great benefits, and salary.

    Cons

    1. poor management
    2. in order to get ahead you have to brown nose and kiss butt.
    3. lack of communication between management and employee
    4. if you are not like it is made known by behavior, actions, etc...
    5. quick to sabotage employees that they do not like.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

learn how to communicate more effectively and efficiently. need better training processes and outlined policy and procedures that are followed not ones that are made up as they see fit....

I worked at Fiberlink full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

This used to be a good place to work. Met a lot of great people here (none of which are still there).

    Cons

I've never seen a company go down hill so fast. At one time, they hired great talent with a ton of potential. Fiberlink used to be a great place to work. Since the change in management, the large majority of the good reps have moved on to bigger and better companies that actually pay well. The few talented people left are taking full advantage of the open vacation policy and are actively interviewing. Fiberlink has turned into a revolving door that hires glorified telemarketers.

I Couldn't agree more with the poster that said management is LOST. If you're not one of the chosen few, forget it. I also must agree with the previous post that mentioned rampant 'line crossing' even from managers. I'm shocked this company hasn't been sued yet.
