“Good Place for Technical Growth”
Current Employee – been working at Fiberlink
Pros – -Latest Technologies to work on
-Good Project Leaders with less politics and more grooming
-Good Knowledge Sharing sessions
-Very Good Compensation and good HR Policies
-Free Lunch and Good Cafeteria with loaded Snacks and Drinks
Cons – -Politics are moderate
-Work life balance is not good
-Infrastructure need to be improved.
-Dont have own building
-No Transport facility available
Advice to Senior Management – Please provide good infrastructure facilities and Recognize all employees
