I have been working at Fidelity International

    Pros

The work atmosphere and the small things like transport, food, culture & flexible timings

    Cons

Literally, no growth prospects or extremely slow. If you want to grow, you need to have a godfather or be really well liked by the management. Best way is to bow down to the management!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't go by hearsay. Value people's commitment, knowledge & hard work. There should be transparency in the internal job postings & promotions. Everyone should be given a fair chance to showcase their potential.
