I have been working at Fidelity Investments

Pros

For a financial company, Fidelity Investments has a very advanced technological environment. Any one looking to make a career in project/product management, software development, quality assurance or release engineering I recommend considering Fidelity Investments.

Cons

For a company with 10,000+ employees they have presence in only few cities in USA which may result in the company not benefiting from the talent across the country.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the investment in technology, consider offering remote work options to attract the talent from other part of the country.
