“Highly political”
Current Employee – been working at Fidelity Investments
Pros – Good benefits, it's very unlikely that you would ever be laid off or fired. Friendly people. Very good work life balance, most people leave by 5.
Cons – Very political environment. Raises and promotions are often not merit-based but more about who you know and how well you play to your manager. There is little differentiation between top, average, and low performers.
