    Pros

Fidelity has a good compensation program, which gets better at the most senior levels. Has a greta number of very talented people who are always trying to improve business results.

    Cons

Company projects a sesne of uncertainty at the top. Significant churn in the most senior ranks tends to lead to continous changes in direction. Matters more who you know rather than what you know. Constantly laying people off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need stability and sense of direction.

I have been working at Fidelity Investments

    Pros

Good benefits, it's very unlikely that you would ever be laid off or fired. Friendly people. Very good work life balance, most people leave by 5.

    Cons

Very political environment. Raises and promotions are often not merit-based but more about who you know and how well you play to your manager. There is little differentiation between top, average, and low performers.
