ConsI dont have a ton of downsides to working at Fidelity. The largest downside is that they are relocating a large portion of jobs to Texas.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement is fairly transparent with all communications. They typically avoid the pitfalls of large companies and do a great job making the employees feel appreciated.
