I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Pleasant physical environment, short commute, flexible work schedule, work from home option, good benefits package, good raises, good bonuses, good project work.
Cons – I feel unappreciated, management seems to only care about themselves advancing and I think they try to keep everyone's salaries low so they can get good bonuses... that is a bad perception of management even though I maybe completely wrong but nonetheless it is what it is. I've had to ask for promotions and more money rather than being rewarded for the hard work I do.
Advice to Senior Management – Show more appreciation and share the wealth
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
