I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

great benefits- 401k, dental, health- 2 weeks vacation the first year and one week every year after up to 4 weeks.

Cons

Unprofessional atmosphere- I've been lucky to have had excellent managers there, but there are terrible ones as well. HR turns a blind eye to harassment in the work place, and even blames employees.

I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good benefits and retirement plan

    Cons

A once great company now in serious decline.
    Below average pay.
Ridiculous statistical model for performance evaluation.
Focus is on employee weakness instead of strength.
Apparently Abby is not ready to take over so Ned can't officially retired.
No real leadership due to uncertainty during this transition.
Not open to outside influence so incestuous amplification effect is in full force.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

What management? The few front line people and managers trying to save this company from itself are slapped down by the fearful Directors who are in over their heads.
