    Pros

Supportive managers, great employee morale, pay is above other places and plenty of training and support to improve . Availabitly to leave early without pay of course.

    Cons

Its a call center. Most of the jobs are customer service oriented.Very few jobs that don't require a headset.

    Pros

The people are great and the company is willing to spend the money to make things happen.

    Cons

The work load is very heavy, and between off-shoring and splitting teams between Boston, Rhode Island, Raleigh, Merrimack, NH, and Dallas, it is harder to get things done than it used to be.

    Advice to Management

    Bring home the off-shore work.
