ProsGreat experience. I was put right on a team of senior people working with the Product Line Architects. Not only was a given great opportunities to contribute to the company but I was also given a lot of time to see how the company work and do training with them.

ConsFidelity is a larger company so it can be harder to get noticed. You have to make sure you do your work well. If you do though, you are rewarded for it. Sometimes things moved a little too slowly

Advice to Senior ManagementNothing, they do a great job
