I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Generous salary with bonus on top of it. Very generous contributions to 401K. Good technology and opportunities to learn new things

Cons

Constant downsizing and job re-locations, (which was just another way to downsize). Major effort going on company wide to replace veteran empolyees with college students. Used to be a great place to work - many years ago. Now it is not, so I averaged that out and gave company an "OK" rating.

    Pros

Fantastic benefits, amazing people and a culture of learning and personal development. I highly recommend working here, especially if you are just starting a career in finance.

    Cons

Work can sometimes be a bit boring however the people make up for it. Also, in order to advance in the company you may have to move around a bit.
