I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than a year
Pros – Fidelity investments has phenomenal benefits. The healthcare premiums are fairly low and provide full coverage. The firm matches 7% of your 401(k) contributions and adds annual profit sharing money which is a percentage of your salary. The quarterly bonuses are quite nice too! There are many other corporate perks/discounts as well. I like the fact that I work with young professionals that range in age, sex, and race. Everyone at the firm is very charismatic. I've been there for 6 months now and I can easily see myself retiring with Fidelity. I honestly can't think of anything bad, especially since there is PLENTY of room for advancement/growth.
Cons – It can be tough to advance (change roles) if you are an introvert. Moving around in the company happens by shadowing others, so you better show charisma and the drive to take control of your own development. Many of the roles require communication skills, so if you don't feel comfortable with public speaking then this is NOT for you.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue coaching and guiding the talented representatives
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
