Pros – My team was pretty open minded and technically strong
Your ideas and opinions are valued. They were open to suggestion for new technologies or coding practices
Conducted software engineering meetins, coding mojos and similar things for self improvement
Pretty good work and social life balance

Cons – Salary is not that great for full time employees compared to contracters
Fidelity is pretty diverse in nature. So, the team and location plays a major factor on how technically rich it is. I have seen some teams use outdated technologies

Advice to Senior Management – Try to work on the ratio of full time employees to contractors in the favor of full time employees. Go for more career fairs and invest on the recruitment process rather than just relying on recruiters and the contractor firm, Veritude.
