Current Employee – been working at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Open ideas are encouraged and a strong work/life balance is encouraged. It is easy to move around within the company and find your niche.
Cons – Overall the people are easy to work with and the atmosphere is positive. I really don't have many negative things to say. The overall benefit package is very good but when people leave the company it is usually because they have found a similar job that pays 10-15% more than what they currently make.
Advice to Senior Management – If there was one main request it would be to make the salaries more competitive.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
