I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Excellent Benefits, Flexible Hours, Competitive Pay, Volunteered Time Off, Competitive Bonus System

Cons – mo·not·o·nous IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, Poor Bonus System, "Middle School Reward System", Poor Technology, Lazy Co-workers. Brown Nosed Stuck Up Arrogant individuals thinking they are better than you because they are "managers of a call center." The hiring process does not make you aware that this is ENTIRELY a PHONE JOB! BE AWARE OF WHAT YOUR GETTING YOURSELF INTO!

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to people on the front line, not managers you hire from the outside that have never performed the job! Treat people like they are adults, not in middle school! Example...Retaining thousands of dollars for the company on a daily basis and being rewarded with a "bag of chips, or candy bar" and a thank you from your manager.
