Pros – Demanding place. Will get the best out of you, usually. Great benefits especially for longer tenured employees.
Cons – Can be a snake pit when management sets one group against the other. Keep your eyes open.
Advice to Senior Management – They should take the whole Kaizen thing a bit more seriously.
