I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great benefits, paid training and they pay for your licensing.
Cons – The company promotes reps into management and most of the reps should not be in management. The managers aren't required to have a college degree and are more of trading specialist rather than managers. If you get stuck with a bad manager your career development is shattered.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop promoting the best traders into management and start looking at the ability to lead and manage a team as the people to promote.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
