“Great place to start your career in the financial services industry.”
Former Employee – worked at Fidelity Investments full-time for less than a year
Pros – Quality work environment. Good opportunities after 1 year. Fidelity invests time ad money into their employees and has our best interest in mind.
Cons – Minimal starting pay. Does take a full year to start to see other doors open up. Work hard everyday and things will pan out.
Advice to Senior Management – Increase salaries entry level positions
