Pros

Good retirement plan. Lots of growth opportunities. Good overtime opportunities. Company tries to help work/life balance. Gives excellent training. Good facilities.

Cons

Dealing with customers. The company is so large that it is hard to have consistency. Mediocre coworkers can coast along. It takes a while to be accepted into the group.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on different departments working together instead of against each other.
