Pros

do not appreciate how luckty they are to owrk here and how high the quality of work life is. People are top notch.

Cons

Not a place to be looking for promotions right now but where is? Consensus environment and many silo's make forward progress slow.

    I worked at Fidelity Investments

    Pros

Food pay and benefits when I was hired. Good location.

    Cons

They are cutting back the benefits. No raise this year, cutting profit sharing, no bonus, changed the way they rank the employees for reviews.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start focusing on the employee culture. When the economy turns around you are going to suffer a mass exodus of empoyees.

I have been working at Fidelity Investments

    Pros

Bennefits the 401k match and profit sharing are great. Good place to get some experience in the financial services industry when you are first getting started. They also pay for your training and licensing.

    Cons

Pay is not great seems like they should pay better for a professional position. Yearly raises are small and moving between positions is about 5% bump if anything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay in your position for a while dont jump around so much. Take an interest in your employees and help them progress in their career.
