Pros

do not appreciate how luckty they are to owrk here and how high the quality of work life is. People are top notch.

Cons

Not a place to be looking for promotions right now but where is? Consensus environment and many silo's make forward progress slow.

Advice to Management

Pick a horse and ride it we need a brass ring to pursue.

    Pros

Interns paid well, lots of opportunities, co-workers friendly, make your own hours, flexible with time off, allow you to try different areas of work

    Cons

disorganized intern program, bureaucracy very evident, competency of co-workers varies greatly, no clear direction for interns at times, no paid holidays

    Advice to Management

More organized internship experience in terms of project availability

    Pros

Good Salary, but management is poor with people skills. Fidelity is an old dinosaur with aged executives that should have been out to pasture when they hit 55. This is a young person's game....

    Cons

Poor work/life balance. Management treated me like a piece of disposable waste from day one! I think given the size and complexities of this organization, it would take a total restructuring to accomplish and as I said previously, old management can't cut it.

    Advice to Management

    Retire...
