Great place to work

Senior Software Engineer (Former Employee) Salt Lake City, UT

ProsFlexible, good pay, excellent benefits. They are extremely focused on their customer, which makes the company successful. Everyone I worked with was nearly always very professional.

ConsLots of politics, very slow to advance employees, overly value soft skills in technical employees. They say that at Fidelity you're rewarded for what you do but my experience was that its at least half due to your political skill, as it is with many large companies.

Advice to Senior ManagementPeople need to feel valued and properly compensated for their work.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
