Too political (more so than other companies; need to be someone's favorite to move up quickly)
Low pay compared to other companies in the industry

    Basically your benefis make it hard to leave: Profit Sharing of 10% of salary, Tuition Reimbursement, $250/year Fitness Reimbursement, 20% Computer Reimbursement every 3 years,

    Pros

    - Competitive benefits
    - Job security that comes with working for a private company
    - Robust support to attain your Series 7 securities license
    - Good base education in personal finance
    - Strong customer-first culture

    Cons

    - Overtime was expected rather than a differentiating factor for representatives
    - Limited opportunities for interaction with colleagues
    - Lunch was effectively timed and was limited to 30 minutes
    - You may be stuck with a frustrating shift with odd times (my first one was M,W,F,Sat 10pm-8pm)

    - Provide more flexiblity for representatives to be off the phone
