ProsGreat benefits, flexibility ( telecommute etc), good knowledge base, access to a variety of learning resources.

Consbit of politics, confusion sometimes around the direction of technology within the company!

Advice to Senior Managementreduce some mid level 'fat' and recognize & promote key players sooner than later!
