The best benefits I've ever had

Private Client Specialist (Current Employee)

I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than 10 years

ProsThe benefits and career opportunities if you live near a major phone site or in a cluster market are endless.

ConsSome of the management does not portray the Fidelity spirit. The farther away from New England you go, the worse the culture is. I worked in Boston and it was a much different place: I was happier, proud, inspired.... I'm on the west coast now and I'm miserable and feeling beat up by management every single day.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep closer tabs on middle management outside of New England. They do not foster the "Fidelity" culture and have created a lot of turnover.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
