Pros

Great work environment. Promotes advancement, continued learning, and a healthy social work environment. Compensates well for the employees that work hard to make the company successful.

Pay was on the higher end of competitive work. We had potlucks and team meetings. I always felt like I could talk to any of the managers. Sometimes we would go to 7 eleven for treats like little kids. I met several life long friends there and that really made it a worthwhile place to work.

Cons

The financial industry isn't really my thing. So I don't really have any cons for my time with fidelity.
