I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, especially retirement savings. $1 for $1 dollar match on first 7% plus annual profit sharing contribution which has always been 10% of compensation.

Since the company is private, management is not working quarter to quarter.

Fidelity offers a wide range of job roles.

    Cons

The company can be on the conservative side.
    Weak internal employee development.
    Weak middle management.
Outside local investor centers, Fidelity has only a handful of campuses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on internal employee development to help retain quality employees
