Benefits and 401k are excellent for Permanent employee's.
Cons
Too many office politics but if you kiss enough butt and enjoy backstabbing others you will be fine.
Advice to Senior Management
Fidelity Investments needs to offer better pay to Operations and Customer Service Associates. Also Fidelity Investments needs to provide more opportunites for advancement.
