Pros

A great place for entry level positions. Fair pay. A lot of female leadership. Many opportunities to move between groups within the company. Very little micromanaging.

Cons

There is some bureaucracy in promotions. Employees ratings are expected to fit within a bell curve, so some employees may receive low ratings because "someone has to get it." Company changes are never done within the time frame that is set. Very little support from senior lever management
