Pros

Top notch talent, solid benefits (albeit chipped away in recent years), culture pre - Lawson.

Cons

Politics and egos have overtaken the culture. The culture used to be superior, employees fully and happily engaged, then off-shoring and new blood became all the rage. What we have now is a solid "C" effort, with politics and egos challenging our future.

Advice to Senior Management

Cease the incessant number of transitions.
