Great benefits, solid privately held company, many opportunities for advancement, especially if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

low base salary -$45k, and they have cut bonuses for mose sales people. They are giving reps a lot of new responsibilites and not compensating them for it. Emphasis on sales skills over financial planning, bias toward selling managed accounts. Contributions only recognized if you are in the top 5% of reps.

Advice to Senior Management

Get some managers that have people AND sales experience, not just one or the other. Also, raising target bonuses just a slight amount will work wonders for employee satisfaction.
