    Pros

    Benefits
    Company Christmas party
    Cafeteria
    Great work/life balance
    Employee Engagement
    Career Development
    Training

    Cons

Compensation - It is best to negotiate salary as much as possible before taking the offer, if not you will be unsatisfied for the work that is required. During the negotiation of the salary if not offered what you want do not take it because it is extremely difficult to get good pay increases. Average merit raises were about 1.5%. Pay also depends on the area as well but for the most part it is not very competitive amongst other financial firms.
Sometimes things can be too micromanagement

    Advice to Management

Please be more generous with pay increases and offer bonuses.
